Car Privacy Policy

The renter referred to in the following rental policy refers to SevenLine Car Rentals, Dubai. SevenLine provides high-end luxury cars, including BMW, Porsche, Mercedes, Ferrari, Lamborghini, Rolls-Royce, and Range Rover, in accordance with the terms and conditions set forth below. By signing this agreement, the renter acknowledges and accepts to comply with all the terms.

Condition of the Car

  1. The vehicle will be delivered to the renter in pristine condition, without defects or damage, unless otherwise recorded during the vehicle handover.
  2. Any apparent defects at the time of delivery will be documented and signed by both parties.
  3. The car must be returned in the same condition as received, to the specified location, and within the agreed time as per the rental contract.
  4. SevenLine reserves the right to retrieve the vehicle without notice at the renter’s expense if used in violation of the agreement.

Terms & Conditions of Use

The renter guarantees that:

  1. The renter will conduct periodic checks of the car’s condition, including oil, water, tire pressure, and any warning signals on the dashboard. Any issues must be immediately reported to SevenLine. Neglecting to report issues and continuing to drive the vehicle will result in the renter being liable for damages and administrative fees.

  2. The driver is at least 21 years old, holds a valid UAE, GCC, international, or other authorized driving license, and has had a valid license for at least one year.

  3. The vehicle will not be used for:

    • Off-road driving
    • Racing, rallies, or mechanical sports
    • Towing or transporting goods
    • Illegal activities such as transporting prohibited substances (e.g., drugs, alcohol)
    • Transporting passengers for hire or other commercial purposes

  4. Any fines, vehicle confiscation, or damages resulting from misuse or illegal activities will be fully borne by the renter. This includes vehicle value, fines, claims from passengers and third parties, and loss of income.

Insurance Coverage
Insurance coverage will be void under the following conditions:

  • If the vehicle is subleased without prior written consent from SevenLine.
  • If the driver is under the influence of alcohol or drugs at the time of an accident.
  • If the vehicle is driven by an unauthorized driver.

In such cases, the renter will be liable for all damages, including third-party claims, repair costs, and full rental charges for the downtime during repairs. SevenLine reserves the right to charge administrative fees for these expenses.

Traffic Rules and Penalties

  1. The renter must adhere to all UAE traffic laws. All fines and penalties incurred during the rental period, plus administrative fees, will be the responsibility of the renter.
  2. The renter is prohibited from taking the rental vehicle outside the UAE without prior written permission.

Special Requests

  • If the renter requests to transport the vehicle across water (e.g., to a neighboring country), this must be communicated in writing at least one week in advance. SevenLine reserves the right to approve or decline such requests.
  • If approved, the renter may need to pay additional costs, including charges for special insurance coverage, if applicable.
